One Hope Church is a Bible-believing, Christ-following family. Christ is our one hope and the Bible is the foundation on which we build our lives, in the service of the Lord and to His glory.
We are an elder-lead church that meets weekly, on Sundays for service and during the week in homes. We focus on building a firm foundation in Christ through biblical study, prayer, and supportive fellowship.
Our Elders
The ultimate leader of One Hope Church is Jesus Christ. The elders of the church are collectively responsible for the leading, pastoring, and discipleship of the church. The current elders of the church are Derek Amos, Chet Boyd III, and Marcus McQuien.
Our Deacons
Bonnie Boyd, Children’s Ministry Deacon
- Facilitate Sunday School and the Biblical instruction of children – through 4th grade.
Eduardo Serrano, Outreach Deacon
- Facilitate and encourage outreach events
- Foster gospel sharing skills
- Continuously train in apologetics for the purpose of sharing effectively as led by the Holy Spirit
Jessica Kerr, Children’s Ministry Deacon
- Facilitate children and youth ministries.
- Responsible for the care and discipleship of our children, providing opportunities for kids and youth to hear the Gospel and grow in their walk with the Lord.
